Berlin-based VC PT1, together with AENU, Cavalry Ventures, Project A, Planet A Ventures, and World Fund, has published the position paper “5 for ‘25.” In it, leading investors call for clear reforms to make Germany more competitive as an innovation location. The five key points are: fact-based policymaking, more private capital sources for future technologies, less bureaucracy for founders, a more efficient capital market, and better exit opportunities for startups.
